Aurak pays meticulous attention to every detail in the manufacture of their products. Each helmet is 70% hand-sewn, demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship. Their approach is focused on selecting the best suppliers, in order to offer you helmets at the cutting edge of technology, combining comfort, safety and design. To ensure the superior quality of their helmets, noble materials are chosen, such as full-grain Italian leather, which provides strength, softness and a delicate feel. The inside of the helmets is made from Alcantara-style micro-fibre fabric, offering optimum resistance to moisture. For some models, the vents are handmade in metal with a brushed, copper or rose gold finish, adding a touch of elegance. All the materials used are embroidered and REACH-certified, respectful of people and nature.

At AURAK, we are committed to the environment and the well-being of workers by adhering to the REACH standard, which excludes all harmful dyes and colorants. Drawing on our long experience in the motorbike industry, we have designed helmets with an ABS shell of 2 mm on the top and 2.5 mm on the sides, surpassing standard safety tests. The thickness of the EPS has also been increased to enhance protection, while maintaining a compact design and excellent 360-degree ventilation.
